These GTC govern the registration, participation, and conduct of courses at Nothelferkursplus.ch.

These GTC govern the registration, participation, and conduct of courses at Nothelferkursplus.ch, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

1. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

Registration takes place exclusively online via the course registration form and is binding.

After registration, you will receive a reservation confirmation (via email or WhatsApp message). The registration becomes definitive with your confirmation of the course registration form. If the confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours, the Organizer must be contacted. Please also check your spam folder.

Participants are responsible for providing correct personal data. Subsequent adjustments for the first aid certificate (Nothelferausweis) may incur additional costs of up to CHF 60.

2. Course Organization and Number of Participants

To ensure optimal course quality, the number of participants for first aid courses is limited to a maximum of 12 persons. Places are assigned in the order of definitive registrations.

3. Cancellation, Rebooking, and Absence

Cancellations and rebookings must be made in writing via email to info@nothelferkursplus.ch. The following deadlines and fees apply:

Cancellation / Deregistration:

Up to 48 hours before the start of the course: Free of charge.
48 to 24 hours before the start of the course: Processing fee of CHF 30.
Less than 24 hours before the start of the course: The full course fee is owed (free cancellation is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate).

Rebooking:

Up to 48 hours before the start of the course: Free of charge.
Less than 40 hours before the start of the course: Processing fee of CHF 30.

Lateness and Absence:

The law requires full attendance of the course. Lateness is not permitted. In the event of lateness, non-appearance, or missing parts of the course, including on subsequent days, the full course fee is owed. Missed course parts cannot be made up; the course must be re-booked in full and is subject to a fee.

4. Course Conduct and Exclusion

Course Language:

The courses are held in German. Sufficient knowledge of German—listening and reading comprehension as well as the ability to express oneself—is mandatory for active participation. The instructor assesses language competence. Participants with insufficient language skills may be excluded from the course; strictly no refund of the course fee will be made.

Exclusion:

The course management reserves the right to exclude participants from the course for justified reasons, such as disruption of the class. In this case, there will be no refund of course fees.

5. Course Certificate and Replacement Certificate

The official first aid certificate (Nothelferausweis) will be issued after full course attendance.

Corrections to the certificate, in the event of incorrect information on our part, must be requested by email within 48 hours of receipt free of charge. A fee of CHF 60 will be charged for later adjustments or the issuance of a replacement certificate.

6. Data Protection

Details regarding the processing of your personal data, including the possible transfer to partners for offers related to obtaining a driving license, can be found in our separate Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

The Course-Organizer reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version published at the time of registration applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
